When is the Ryder Cup?
The competition begins at 7am BST on Friday, September 28.

Then it will end on Sunday, September 30.

It will take place at the Le Golf National, near Paris.

What TV channel will it be shown on?
The event will be shown live on Sky Sports.

Each team has 12 players – four wildcards picked by the captain and eight selected by rankings.

Thomas Bjorn is the skipper of Europe and Jim Furyk for the US.

Europe’s players picked on rankings are: Thorbjorn Olesen, Francesco Molinari, Justin Rose, Tyrrel Hatton, Tommy Fleetwood, Jon Rahm, Rory McIlroy and Alex Noren.

America’s players picked on rankings are: Brooks Koepka, Dustin Johnson, Justin Thomas, Patrick Reed, Bubba Watson, Jordan Spieth, Rickie Fowler and Webb Simpsons.
