It is 135cc, single cylinder, 4 valve DTSi engine, which is Priced at Rs. 51,000 (ex-showroom Delhi), This baby pulsar engine produces 13.5Ps @ 9000rpm &#38; 11.4Nm @ 7500rpm. Bajaj Pulsar 135 LS Features More power: The 4 valve provides for a greater intake and exhaust area resulting in more power, almost equivalent a 2 valve 150cc engine. Sustained top end power: The light-weight character of the four smaller valves (as opposed to two heavier valves), which allow the engine to effortlessly rev to an eye-popping 10,500 rpm (electronically limited)! Sporty ride: Given the wider rpm band, the engine can be revved hard and high in each gear resulting in a genuine sporty ride. 		<description><![CDATA[Better Pickup, More Miles to the Gallon,  Pulsar 180 gets a slight hike in the power output from current 16.51 PS to 17.02 PS @ 8500 rpm, The new Pulsar also gets the beefier swingarm from 200/220 siblings bringing the weight upto to a hefty 147 kgs, up 4 kgs on the earlier 180. Upgrades in the 2009 Pulsar 180 :- Front Suspension: The bike now gets the 37mm fork assembly from the Pulsar 220 and promises more stability in corners. The bottom pipes are finished in matte black unlike the silver used on the 220. Steering Tee: The steering tee is lifted straight from the 220’s chasis again. The new 180 also gets the clip-ons from the 220 which should aid handling and wrist comfort to an extent. Rear Suspension, Tyre and Sprockets: The swingarm for the new 180 comes from the 220/Avenger and is finished in black. The rear sprocket and the O-ring chain come from the 200.
